John will examine the butterflies and moths found in Essex to demonstrate their diversity, and their oft-overlooked caterpillars. He takes an optimistic look at their conservation and will offer some practical hints and tips about how to welcome them into your garden and community open spaces including how to experience the beauty of moths, so often unseen due to their nocturnal habits.

Bat and Moth Evening

Wednesday 15th July 20.30 - 23.30
